INGREDIENTS:
* 2 lbs. Venison Burger (4- 6 burgers)
* 1 Stick Butter (Room Temperature)
* 1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley, Finely Chopped
* 2+ Cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
* 4- 6 Giant English Muffins

Preparation:
1. On wax paper mix garlic and parsley into the butter and reform into a stick shape.
2. Wrap in wax paper and freeze.
3. Shape your burgers thicker in the middle, almost like a meatball, and cut/ pull the center apart.
4. Place a 1/2- 3/4 inch section of the frozen, herb butter into the middle of the burger
5. Replace the meat on top of the frozen butter and pat/ seal it in.
6. Grill the untouched side of the burger first taking care to flip gently.
7. Grill to desired temperature then serve on a toasted Giant English Muffin. Enjoy!
